3. How workspace data is handled

Ahlan Feek acts as a software platform for business operators. Each workspace's data is kept separate. Workspace owners are responsible for confirming they have the right to use the guest information they add.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Ahlan Feek — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, Whish for payments, and Meta for WhatsApp messaging — or where required by law or to protect the platform.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law or contract.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
