Terms of Service

1. Service

Ahlan Feek provides business software for communication workflows, integrations, automation, and related operational tools. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

• you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• you are responsible for activity occurring under your account or workspace
• you must ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party systems and data

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights, interfere with the platform, transmit harmful code, or misuse communications features.

4. Service providers

Ahlan Feek builds its venue features itself and does not connect to third-party venue software. To run the service we use a limited set of service providers: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing through Whish, and WhatsApp messaging through Meta for the channels you choose to connect. Payments are made with Whish by scanning our Whish QR code; Ahlan Feek does not collect or store card details. To confirm your payment we record the Whish payment details we receive (amount, time, sender phone number and Whish reference).

5. Fees and billing

Paid features, trial fees, subscriptions, or usage-based charges may apply and are paid through Whish. Host does not charge a setup fee. Current prices are shown on our website or in your order. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting support or through any account controls we make available. Cancellation does not automatically refund trial fees or used subscription periods unless required by law or a written agreement with Ahlan Feek.

6. Intellectual property

Ahlan Feek and its related software, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited use rights needed to access the service, no ownership rights are transferred.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahlan Feek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates risk to the platform or other users.
